Han, the Adventurer

Every once in a while, a kitten with a very different kind of personality appears. One who takes charge of his life nearly upon arrival into this world.  A kitten who knows exactly what he wants and doesn't want and is steadfast in his convictions. 

Han decided that he did not want to sleep with his sister and mom when he was only 4 weeks old.  He clawed his way up onto our bed and snuggled up next to me and that is where he slept from that point on.

Han is Just one of those "different" cats.  He was born on St. Patrick's Day 2007 and that alone should have been a warning.  He may be a Russian Blue but he has a bit of the Irish stubbornness and flair for the dramatic in him.  And he can certainly "sing" his versions of woeful songs.

Han has mellowed into a very sweet, handsome cat - as you can see by the current photos below.  He has also sired some wonderful kittens.
